The next Fight Night event for the premier promotion would be the UFC Fight Night 237 card at the Arena CDMX in Mexico City, Mexico, on February 24, 2024. The event would be headlined by none other than the first Mexican champion in UFC history, Brandon Moreno.
The former two-time UFC flyweight champion would be taking on No. 3-ranked Brandon Royval in the main event. Apart from these two elite flyweights, other fights include featherweights Yair Rodríguez and Brian Ortega squaring off against each other in the co-main event.

Also, other fighters in the main card would include names such as Daniel Zellhuber, Francisco Prado, Raul Rosas Jr., Ricky Turcios, Yazmin Jauregui, Sam Hughes, Manuel Torres, and Chris Duncan. The stage is set for another banger card for the MMA community to witness. Let’s have a look at the walkout songs that have been used by the UFC Fight Night 237 fighters.
Which songs have Brandon Moreno and Brandon Royval walked out to before?
Starting with the main event, Brandon Moreno has been the face of the UFC in Mexico and made his nation proud with his performances. Moreno last stepped in the octagon against current flyweight champion Alexandre Pantoja at UFC 290, losing the title via split decision. He walked out to “El Corrido del Bebe Asesino” by Ariel Macias.
He has used the same song for his UFC 256, UFC 263, UFC 270, and UFC 277 walkouts. The Mexican can be expected to keep his walkout song for the upcoming bout too, since it has been part of his UFC journey.
His opponent, Royval, also last faced Pantoja at UFC 296 for the title in a rematch. He lost the bouts via unanimous decision and would be looking to bounce back with an upset win over Moreno. The UFC fighter walked out to “Shimmy Shimmy Ya” by Ol’ Dirty Bastard during his UFC 296 appearance.
He used the same song during his UFC 274 bout against Matt Schnell as well as against Matheus Nicolau at the UFC on ESPN 44. The Flyweight has been consistent with his choice of music, which is also one of the fans’ favorite walkout songs.
Which songs have Yair Rodriguez, Brian Ortega, Daniel Zellhuber, and other UFC Fight Night 237 fighters walked out to before?
In the co-main event, Yair Rodríguez and Brian Ortego would be looking to make a comeback to the featherweight title scene with a new champion crowned at UFC 298. Also, with the former champion Alexander Volkanovski known to be out for rest for some time after the loss, this could be a perfect opportunity for other featherweights to prove their metal for the title matchup.
Yair has previously walked out to “El Invincible” by Los Rieleros del Norte during his title bout against Volkanovski at UFC 290. However, during his walkout at the UFC 242 bout against Josh Emmett, he used “El Corrido de Chihuahua” by Los Reileros del Norte. Ortega has been out of action due to a shoulder injury he faced against Yair during their first meet-up at the UFC on ABC 3.
He has previously walked out to “Sobrevive” by an Artist Mini Beat during his iconic Purge-themed walkout against Alexander Volkanovski at UFC 266. This made the fans go crazy over T-City’s creative approach and is considered to be one of the best UFC walkouts. The song was also used during his bout against Yair.
Daniel Zellhuber used “El Son de La Negra” by Mariachi Vargas de Tecatitlan as his walkout song against Trey Ogden at UFC Fight Night 210. His opponent Francisco Prado walked out to “El Nuevo Campeon” by Amar Azul in his bout against Jamie Mullarkey at UFC 284.
