Conor McGregor has come in support of Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after the club suffered a shocking 5-0 defeat against arch-rivals Liverpool on Sunday. The former UFC lightweight champion went off on fans and media outlets who condemned Solksjaer after United’s recent performances.

McGregor gave his opinion about the current situation at Man United and also thrashed a fan on Twitter after he commented Ole out. Never ole out you silly fool. “Ole is forever United! His role simply to needs to be readjusted, and again, someone above the group chat needs brought in. Someone to command the young squad. God bless ????”

The Manchester United manager’s job is under a lot of scrutiny after his side’s dismal performances against Liverpool, Leicester City and a few other teams. As a result, the Man United board is reconsidering it’s stance about Solskjaer managing this talented United squad.

However, as per some reports suggest Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has one last game to save his job at Manchester United.

Conor McGregor gives his opinion about what is going wrong at Manchester United

Conor McGregor is a huge Manchester United fan and has been supporting the Red devils since his childhood days. The Notorious had revealed in an interview with UFC how former Irish legends like Denis Irwin and Roy Keane who played for Man United inspired him and helped him learn that winning mentality.

However, Manchester United used to dominate all the teams in Europe under Sir Alex Ferguson and were highly respected. But things have changed since his departure and United’s situation is not great despite having superstars like Cristiano Ronaldo, Raphael Varane and many others.

Therefore the Irishman expressed his concern about the club’s performances and gave his suggestion on what needs to be done in order to achieve success.

The issue at United is it’s just bunch of youngfellas talking to each other. Peers. You need some one above the group chat to take the helm. Ole was on the bench when Ronaldo played. A peer. Not enough. Love and respect Ole to the max but his role needs rearranged. My opinion.

In the end, it will be interesting how things turn out at Manchester United in the coming days. Similarly, there must be many fans who have mixed feelings about Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as Manchester United’s manager. So comment below if you agree with Conor McGregor’s opinion about what is going wrong with the Red Devils.
