For UFC president Dana White, running the biggest MMA organization isn’t the only agenda on his everyday list. The head honcho believes in the infamous work hard play hard motto. Even though the 53-year-old has always been a hot source of controversies during his career as a promoter, the man knows how to keep things light when need be.
Aside from putting together live events for upcoming weekends, Dana tries weird food fusions on ‘F**k It Friday’ for fans’ chuckles. Even if you aren’t aware of the show’s concept, you must have heard its name making the rounds every so often. White tries bizarre food combinations and inventions on Instagram that are going viral on social media at the time. From KFC donut fried chicken sandwich to a cotton candy burrito, Dana has tried it all.
April Fool’s Day is right around the corner and who better to mess with you than your own boss? A few hours ago, the 53-year-old took to Instagram and posted the latest episode of his ‘F**k It Friday’ series. White appears to have invited his assistant to join him on the show, who goes by the name of Nicole. The now-viral video is titled “April Fool’s Cake Pop”.

The video starts with Dana introducing his assistant, Nicole. Soon, the video transitions to White narrating his chef’s bizarre creation. The sequence shows brussels sprouts on a skewer. The vegetable is then dipped into melted chocolate, followed by a sprinkles shower for the decoration.
Just before the duo is set to try the desert, Dana says, “She claims she doesn’t like chocolate, who the hell doesn’t like chocolate? It’s not even possible.” The fun part begins when White doesn’t even taste the chocolate-vegetable combo. The Boston native imitates taking a bite in an attempt to fool Nicole, who was already halfway through. She appears visibly grossed out by what she had to devour while White bursts up laughing.
White ends the hilarious clip with – “Happy April Fool’s everybody. Have a great day.” While his assistant adds, “That thing smells weird. I was like ‘This is not gonna be well’.” To this, Dana erupts into uncontrollable laughter and embraces her with a Happy April Fool’s wish.

The MMA community is known for its brutal opinions on all things fighting. Even though Dana posted the clip to keep things light and fun, it appears to have drawn mixed reactions from the fans. Earlier this year, the Las Vegas resident came under scrutiny after a video of him surfaced online from new year’s eve. The clip shows the UFC boss in a physical altercation with his wife in Mexico.
Despite White apologizing for his actions and bearing full responsibility, fans seem to have brought up the subject in their not-so-subtle reactions.
