Darren Till took on DricusDu Plessis on his UFC return. Till fought for the first time in 2022 and his last UFC outing was a submission loss at the hands of Derek Brunson last year. On his comeback, Till walked out to Andrew Tate’s song, Tourner Dans Le Vide.
Tate is currently one of the most hated personalities on the internet. His misogynistic and controversial comments got him banned from all major social media platforms. The internet is still filled with speeches of ‘Top G’ and one thing that the viewers notice is his background music.
It seems like Till is a fan of Tate and previously made a tweet that “Andrew Tate is the best thing to happen to the internet in recent years.” After this post, Till faced a lot of backlash and criticism from the fans, but he seems unfazed by that.

‘The Gorilla’ last had a victory at UFC 244 against Kevin Gastelum and after that, he has failed to pick up a win. Till has been training hard with Khamzat Chimaev and hoped to end his losing streak at UFC 282.
Darren Till submitted by DricusDu Plessis at UFC 282
Darren Till made his UFC comeback and hoped to end his losing streak. In his previous fight, he was submitted by Brunson and now at UFC 282, he failed again to pick up a win.
Till was submitted by Plessis and did not look great in the fight. He was dominated by Plessis for the majority of the fight. Plessis took Till down and started landing some vicious shots. Till looked exhausted in the last round and was having trouble keeping up with Plessis.

However, after a brief exchange on their feet, Plessis took down Till and got his back. ‘The Gorilla’ survived Plessis’ brutal ground and pound but was caught in a rear-naked choke in the third round. Till immediately tapped and he lost his comeback fight again by submission.
Apparently, Till tore his ACL in the fight and he told that to Bruce Buffer after his loss.

‘The Gorilla’ had a lot of hype coming into the fight and looked confident ahead of the fight. Till is now 1-4 in his last five fights and it’s a big question now if he can make a successful comeback again.
