Recently, the respect between the former UFC champion Conor McGregor and Tyson Fury has come to an end. The duo, who were once fans of each other now have engaged in a Twitter feud.
Both the fighter have taken a dig at each other in the past few days. It all started when Fury Tweeted about Khabib, he wrote “This man did it right. Got in & got out on top”. But, this didn’t go well with Khabib’s arch-nemesis Conor McGregor.
Soon after, McGregor tweeted: “Yup the Joyces. Big Joe!. “You bottled it with Billy Joe Da, what were you doing there? left him, Versace twat. You Done. Nothing. Ya’s did it right ye right [laughs]. Even when I’m wrong I’m right. Who did it right? The Mac daddy tonight, in house. Miami d12! The Bahamas”

In the tweet, Conor referred to an incident where Billy Joe Saunders’ was attacked in Texas last year. After his son Tom lost to Canelo, Billy was trying to get into the ring and ended up getting hit by security personnel. So, McGregor took a dig at Fury for not getting physically involved with the security even after being a part of Saunders’ camp.

Responding to this tweet, Fury Tweeted: “Come back when you win a fight mush”

Fury also mocked McGregor for tapping against Khabib as he went on to tweet: “Conor has done more tapping than MJ(Michael Jackson)’s old dance shoes”
Conor again replied Tweeting: “Oh on people don’t like me what will I do ever hahaha idiot. You are just a little r** licker bro. That’s all. You stood there while your friends’ father was being attacked and did nothing.”

However, when the feud seemed to be over, Conor again shared a video of Fury appreciating Conor. In the old video, Tyson was saying “Conor McGregor is MMA. Isn’t it? That’s it I couldn’t name you three more fighters in MMA.” While sharing the video on his official Twitter account McGregor wrote: “It’s all good we forget it. Fair play Tyson. God bless ya mate.”
However, Conor deleted the Tweet afterward. As of now, Fury hasn’t responded to it. But, fight fans should expect the “Gypsy King” to be back with a reply so that they can enjoy this banter. After all, it is certainly entertaining for the netizens when fighters of such stature engage in a Twitter war.
