Due to her sexual orientation, Molly faced a lot of hardships in opening up and coming out of the closet. However, she has conquered that mountain and is proud to embrace her true self.
Right at the turn of the calendar year, Molly broke the news on her Instagram account. With fireworks going off in the background, Molly shared a snap of herself, kissing her new fiance. Getting engaged is a very special occasion, and doing so right at the beginning of a brand new year is perhaps a once-in-a-lifetime experience. She also dedicated a beautiful message to her fiance.

Following the loss, the 32-year-old revealed in an Instagram post that she wanted to take some time off from fighting. Before the unfortunate loss, McCann won 3 consecutive bouts and wanted to fight for the title. However, that dream is still alive. But for now, she wants to enjoy her life with her fiance Ellis Clark.
