Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal will finally square off against each other inside the octagon in the main event of UFC 272 on March 5. It is needless to say that these two welterweights have a fascinating story as they were teammates during the initial phase of their UFC careers and have now turned into bitter rivals.
Consequently, they have never failed to disrespect each other in interviews and their animosity was at the full display when they came face-to-face for the first time in a conversation with Stephen A. Smith of ESPN. Both Masvidal and Covington traded expletive verbal blows with each other and made several allegations during the live session. In this video, Jorge Masvidal questioned Covington’s drawing power and slammed him for talking about money. “What did you sell in your last PPV? Answer the question bitch. What did you sell in your last PPV? Answer the question what were your numbers? You talking about money what were your numbers f*****g bitch? Take your glasses off. Look me in the f*****g face like a man b***h.”
