In one of the most unexpected events of the year, big-name ex-UFC fighters take to the boxing ring. Jorge Masvidal is bringing the best of both worlds in a quest to find the next great street fighter. As such, UFC President Dana White has also had an interesting response to Gamebred Boxing 4.
On April 1 fighters like Anthony Pettis, Jose Aldo, Vitor Belfort, and UFC Hall of Famer Jose Aldo will partake in bare-knuckle fights. The brainchild of UFC welterweight Jorge Masvidal, the promotion was first revealed by him ahead of his UFC 261 fight.

As for the event, it has been promoted by Masvidal, the UFC, and most notably UFC President Dana White. Although some may have felt as White may be opposed to it, the UFC boss has shown nothing but support for his fighter and his new venture. Currently, there is no confirmation if White will be present at the event himself or not.
To date, Gamebred Boxing 4 remains the promotion’s biggest and most anticipated event. Moreover, Jorge joins a whole host of UFC fighters to have their own fighting promotion. However, Eagle FC’s future remains in doubt, especially after Khabib Nurmagomedov’s departure from the sport.
