The former UFC welterweight title contender and controversial figure, Jake Shields is back in the headlines. Recently he got into an altercation with UFC welterweight fighter Mike Jackson. Jake Shields, who is a close associate of both Nate Diaz and Nick Diaz, posted the video of the confrontation on Twitter.
From the recent social media interactions, it is clear that there is a difference between their ideologies. While Jake leans more conservative in terms of his political beliefs, Jackson does not share the same morals and values. It led to some questionable Twitter exchanges between the two and Jackson ended up calling Jake a “Nazi” for his worldviews.
Finally ran into the bitch Mike Jackson

He quickly discovered the difference between calling people Nazis In person vs on Twitter
This racist is lucky so many people were there to save his pathetic racist ass pic.twitter.com/90luT0YjfG
Hence, the 43-year-old took matters into his own hands to settle the dispute. It appears that the two came face to face in a UFC PI and eventually had a physical altercation.
In the video, fans can see that Jake is on top of Mike, and the former was landing some stiff punches on the latter’s face. There were several gym members standing nearby, who tried to break up the fight by the time the footage cut out.
The real reason behind the brawl between Jake Paul and Mike Jackson
Jake Shields and Mike Jackson, both are very well-known personalities in the MMA community. Jake fought Georges St-Pierre at UFC 129 for the welterweight strap. He is also one of the best BJJ practitioners in the sport. Jackson, on the other hand, had one of the unlikeliest of careers. Jackson was a reporter with an MMA record of 0-1.
But UFC signed him to fight CM Punk at UFC 225. He rose to fame all thanks to his bout against the former WWE and AEW wrestler. Although he beat Punk, Jackson lost his last fight against Pete Rodriguez in October this year.
Social media has made y’all way to comfortable disrespecting people with out fear of getting punched in the face

Mike Tyson
After the confrontation, Jake took to Twitter to clarify his actions. He posted a quote from boxing legend Mike Tyson about hiding behind social media. He also stated that calling someone “Nazi” should have some ramifications and he does not feel any remorse about his actions. He also pleaded to UFC President Dana White about booking a between him and Jackson.
Hey @danawhite can I come back and retire Mke Jackson

But, Jackson denies Jake’s allegation of being a keyboard warrior. The 37-year-old insisted that he called Jake a “nazi” in person as well. The Texas native also labeled Jake as a “vile thug.” So it does not look like this issue is about to be solved anytime soon. After their brawl, Mike Jackson and Jake Shields revealed to MMA Fighting, that both are planning on taking legal action.
A nazi just did a thing. @jakeshieldsajj is such a vile thug.
