UFC color commentator Joe Rogan is at his core, a family man. Joe has often mentioned on his podcast how important his wife and his daughters are to him. But he has also faced the brunt of what happens when things go sour between family members. After all, Joe and his biological father are estranged, still embroiled in a longstanding feud.
This is why, on Lex Friedman’s podcast, Joe Rogan talked about how important it is that the people close to you have values congruent to yours. Joe told Lex about how his wife fits into his life perfectly and how she helps him grow as a person. Joe said, “Find someone who you can grow with.”You don’t want to be with someone who doesn’t share your values.”
He continued, “You want to be with someone who is genuinely kind. That’s one of the things I really love about my wife. She’s very smart and she works very hard. She’s a dedicated, disciplined person.” Having met Joe’s wife, Lex Freidman agreed with the former Fear Factor host, saying her energy is great.
Rogan ended his dialogue with Friedman with a message of hope. “You can find those people, they’re real. And when you find those people, your life is better.” Seemingly, Joe Rogan is a big believer in the notion that you can judge someone by the company they keep.

Jessica Ditzel previously modeled for the Korean brand, Wholesome. But she currently works as a TV producer. Ditzel is a very private person, not very keen on being the object of public attention, and rarely makes public appearances. Joe and Jessica have 2 children together, Rosy and Lola. And Joe adopted Kayja Rose, Ditzel’s daughter from her relationship with Keven “Dino” Conner.
Kayja, the oldest, is a musician who released an album called, “Tipsy”. Lola Rogan is the oldest of Joe and Jessica’s children, born in 2008. Her sister, Rosy, was born two years later in 2010. Joe is fiercely protective of his daughters, and constantly gushes over them in his podcast.
