Kevin Croom has made a name for himself fighting in mixed martial arts. A native of Columbia, Missouri, Croom is a professional mixed martial artist since 2009.
Throughout his professional career, he has fought for various promotions, including CES, LFA, Fighting Alliance Championship, Bellator, and UFC. He is a former CES featherweight champion and former FAC featherweight champion. The latter earned him an entry into the UFC.
Kevin made his UFC debut in 2020 as a lightweight against Roosevelt Roberts at UFC Fight Night: Waterson vs. Hill. Though initially, he won the fight by submission (guillotine), it was soon declared a no-contest after he had tested positive for marijuana.
Croom then stepped down to the featherweight division. He first fought Alex Caceres and then Brian Kelleher. He lost both fights by a unanimous decision.
His last fight in the UFC was against Alateng Heili at UFC on ESPN: Luque vs. Muhammad 2. The fight was scheduled in the bantamweight division. He lost by TKO in the first round. Following the loss he was released from the UFC in 2022. Since, 2022 he has fought for Synergy FC, in which he holds a one-fight win against Brad Robinson. He is currently signed with BKFC.
Kevin Croom and His Relationship with UFC Flyweight Tim Elliott
Kevin Croom and Tim Elliott are longtime training partners. Both of them are members of Missouri’s famed “Glory MMA and Fitness.” They have been training there together since 2013. Croom and Elliott have also expressed their support for each other. As training partners, both of them have likely shared countless hours of blood, sweat, and tears in the gym.
However, the relationship between Tim and Croom has recently turned sour. This is after Croom’s name emerged in a scandal involving Tim Elliott’s wife, Gina Mazany. The allegations were leveled by Tim Elliott who took to Twitter to express his emotions against Croom. Tim alleged that Croom had an illegal affair with his wife Gina Mazany.
Elliott tweeted, “You want to see something gross? This is my “wife” reading vows to my daughter on our “wedding” night! The guy holding the microphone was my “friend/teammate” my wife cheated on me with this guy the same night! and they have had a relationship our entire “marriage” Gina Mazany”.

Calling the entire fiasco “gross,” Tim alleged that his wife cheated on him with Croom “on the same night.”
Kevin Croom’s Response To The Allegations
Croom has yet to comment publicly on the situation. However, he seems to have no regret for his actions. On his Twitter handle, Croom had liked a tweet admonishing Tim.

The now-deleted tweet was quoted as, “Heard, what you did to Tim’s wife and I just want to congratulate you … honestly he didn’t deserve her, he’s a beta c*ck . Keep your chin up alpha”.
Many MMA fans and fighters are also not amused with Croom’s response to this entire situation. They have called him out for cheating on Tim with his wife and for causing pain to his friend and training partner.
There is no doubt that Elliott and Croom’s relationship is going through a hard time. Though both fighters are still a part of Glory MMA and Fitness Gym, they are no longer training partners. As for the MMA world, it remains to be seen what the future holds for Croom and Elliott’s relationship.
