Paul Heyman has been an integral part of the WWE over the years. He's famous on-screen as Brock Lesnar's advocate and currently he's the Bloodline's Wise man.

He was the owner and creative head of one of the most famous wrestling promotions in the world, Extreme Championship Wrestling ECW.

The following list looks at 5 little known secrets about one of the most creative minds in professional wrestling.

1. Heyman left WWE after falling out with Vince McMahon: After a heated argument with Vince McMahon over the creative direction of the WWE's ECW, Heyman walked away from his WWE roles in 2006.

Brock Lesnar asked him to return to the WWE in 2012:  When Brock Lesnar made his WWE return in 2012, he advocated for Paul Heyman to be with him and this led to the WWE signing him.

Looking 4 Larry: Paul Heyman is the co-founder of the Looking 4 Larry agency in New York City. The agency was in the top 100 Global Marketers list by Advertising Age.

He managed Stone Cold Steve Austin:  Heyman managed Stone Cold Steve Austin in the WCW during 1991-'92. He even predicted Austin to become one of wrestling's biggest stars by the end of the decade.

Heyman managed the Undertaker:  Heyman managed the legendary Undertaker while the Hall of Famer wrestled in WCW under the name "Mean" Mark Callous.
