CONOR MCGREGOR Different Jobs Before Becoming UFC Star

Conor Mcgregor is the most polarizing figure in the history of combat sports. He is the first fighter in UFC history to attain World Titles simultaneously in two different weight classes. Here's a look at different jobs that he did before UFC.

Passion for Football

At a tender age, Mcgregor started playing football for Lourdes Celtic Football Club. He continued playing football until the age of 12, where he made a change to boxing that eventually altered his career.

Mcgregor had to fix toilets to earn  a living and was getting paid  £165 every month.

Mcgregor met Dee Devlin in a Night club in 2008, when he was just 19 years old. Since then Devlin has been with Mcgregor throughout his MMA journey. Mcgregor in 2008 joined SBG-Ireland and started training under John Kavanagh. On March 8, Mcgregor made his first step towards greatness by making his professional debut against Gary Morris and was victorious via a 2nd round TKO

In the June of 2012, Mcgregor defeated Dave Hill to win the Cage Warriors Featherweight Title.  Then in December of 2012, Mcgregor finished Ivan Buchinger to win the Lightweight Title  and became the first double division champion in CWFC.

In 2017, Mcgregor was set to face one of the greatest boxers of all time, Floyd Mayweather, who was coming out of retirement. But this time the outcome didn't went in Mcgregor's favour but still he managed to make 100 Million dollars in a fight that sold over 4.3 Millions pay-per-view buys. This is all because of Mcgregor hardwork and never back down attitude that helped him to climb up to become one of the Greastest fighters that ever step foot inside the Octagon
