Biggest Match in Ronda Rousey’s Career Never Happened Because of Ego

AEW star Marina Shafir recently opened up about why a potential dream match between The Four Horsewomen of MMA and WWE didn't happen.

Marina Shafir, Jessamyn Duke, Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey are called the Four Horsewomen of the MMA.

While WWE has their Four Horsewomen with big names like Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks and Bayley being part of it.

A dream match between the two factions was rumored for a while but it never came to fruition. According to Shafir, the match didn't happen because of the Egos of the people involved.

Talking to Rene Paquette in The Sessions podcast, Shafir admitted that she can't believe that this match never happened.

Bayley then decided to respond to the interview and she Tweeted: "Egos?!???? TF. I’m humble as pie!!!!!!!!!!!! Who wants a damn slice? It’s pumpkin season,"

Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey are currently working together in the WWE while the other two members of the Horsewomen were released.

On WWE's version of the Horsewomen, Bayley is currently an active member, Becky Lynch and Charlotte are out of action and Sasha Banks left the company due to creative differences.
