Former two-division champion Daniel Cormier reveals that Khabib Nurmagomedov used to get paid around $10 million for each fight in the UFC.
Cormier also said that these top fighters also get a certain cut out of all the pay-per-view buys.
Khabib gets paid more than most of the other UFC fighters, he's most probably second after Conor McGregor who gets between $15-20 million.
He holds the unbeaten MMA record of 29 wins to zero losses. He has successfully defended his UFC lightweight belt three times.
Khabib comes from a wrestling background and is known for mauling the opponent. The Russian has infamously never shed a drop of blood in the octagon.
Khabib Nurmagomedov became the lightweight champion by Al Iaquinta in 2018 and claimed the vacant belt
Khabib Nurmagomedov's biggest fight was his first title defence against former champion Conor McGregor. The fight sold over 2 million PPVs, the highest in MMA history.
Khabib announced his retirement from MMA in October 2020, right after defeating Justin Gaethje for his third consecutive title defence.
