Khamzat Chimaev has received a lot of hate from the fans for his recent behaviour that has caused brawls in UFC.
Chimaev got into an altercation with Nate Diaz's team and Kevin Holland before UFC 279. He also traded punches with Khabib's cousin at UFC 280.
However, fans might be wrong about white assuming that Khamzat Chimaev is an aggressive figure looking for fights everywhere.
In fact, this story about Chimaev lending an olive branch to the former welterweight champion, Kamaru Usman might change your perception of the fighter.
As per Khamzat Chimaev, Kamaru Usman was hesitant to enter a restaurant where the Borz and his team where present.
Looking at the former champ, Chimaev went outside and invited Usman to join him in the restaurant.
"Why would I do that(fight Usman) at restaurants. Fights are fights but outside of the we are normal people."- Chimaev stated
Khamzat Chimaev must have earned the respect of Kamaru Usman with this gesture. But, they still might face each other inside the octagon soon.
