The Rock's Extreme Training Routine For Black Adam 

The Rock has been gearing up for his upcoming release Black Adam.

The superhero flick will be releasing worldwide this summer.

The Rock earlier shared a tweet announcing the wrapping of the shoot.

And the actor has pushed through the toughest times to get through his workout routine for the movie.

"The Rock" Dwayne Johnson wanted to do justice to the character created by the illustrator which originates from the DC comics.

Wrestler-turned-actor worked with strength and conditioning coach Dave Rienzi to work towards the desired goal.

The exercises included sets and reps of leg curls, chain lunges, barbell squats, along with many other.

No doubt The Rock has worked tooth and nails to get to his best physique for the DC film.
