John Cena is one of the most popular wrestlers in the WWE universe. He was the most loved wrestler of his era, and his ability to connect with the audience was second to none.
However, genius wrestling manager Paul Heyman thinks otherwise, as he recently stated that he finds Sami Zayn the most endearing character presented in the decades.
While speaking on the Jimmy Traina of Sports Illustrated, Heyman stated that he never imagined Sami becoming such an important element of the Bloodline storyline and dragging all the love from the audience towards him.
"I didn’t imagine Sami Zayn becoming a massive part of this when Sami Zayn was becoming a massive part of. To his enormous credit, Sami Zayn seized the moment." The wise man said.
"We’d give him crumbs of a segment and he would just turn it into a moment that he had to connect with the audience with what I think has ended up becoming the most endearing character that we’ve presented in decades, if not ever," he added.
Paul also noticed that, besides being a magnificent talker, the former Honorary UCE could resonate with the audience and draw out emotions from them.
While John Cena and Sami Zayn are both talented superstars, Heyman calling Sami the most endearing character presented in decades displays how impressed he currently is by the former Intercontinental Champion.
Paul has seen many WWE superstars and their unique talents. However, his appreciation for Sami simply displays the potential he has, to become an integral element of WWE soon.
