It's been over two years since the fans saw one of the GOATs of the sport, Jon Jones compete in the UFC octagon.

During his layoff, Jon Jones has been training for his much anticipated heavyweight debut. And it's very likely that Jones returns in 2022.

Recently, Jon Jones posted a video of his boxing session and some fight fans did not seem very impressed as they called the former champion slow.

Jon Jones has put on a lot of muscle mass and weighs over 250 lbs at the moment. So he won't be as fast as he used to be while he was competing in the light heavyweight division.
