The El Cucuy, Tony Ferguson has been on the top of the UFC LW ladder for well over a decade now.  Ferguson has been competing in the UFC since 2011. He won TUF Season-13 and secured the UFC contract. Ferguson also secured a legendary 12-Fight win streak stretching from 2013-19.

Ferguson Vs Johnson

In an incredible career stretching from 2011-2020 in the UFC, Ferguson secured an epic 12-Fight Win Streak. He also won 15 fights in the UFC after winning TUF-13, but in 2012 Ferguson got a crushing defeat by the hand of Michael Johnson.

Unanimous Decision

The El Cucuy was dropped in Round-1 with a vicious straight right hand to the jaw, but Ferguson's durability helped him to get back up. But Johnson was able to connect shorts throughout the fight and at the end of Round-3 out struck Ferguson 67-45. Finally Johnson secured a 30-27 Unanimous Decision in all 3 Judges score cards 

The Comeback

Following the devastating loss, Tony took a year off and came back in emphatic fashion, Which began his quest to Interim LW Title in 2016 and a legendary 12 fight win streak, But on his way he had to defeat some of the biggest names such as Thompson, Barboza, RDA, Pettis, Gleison & Cowboy. 

Now Ferguson is definitely at the Tail End of his career and holds a 26-5 MMA record and has been on a 2-fight slump. He is now set to take on fellow top UFC LW Beneil Dariush
