WWE and AEW recently came together in their first partnership for John Cena's 20-year anniversary.
Needless to say, this has brought hopes for wrestling fans who might want to see WWE and AEW team up for super-fights,
Imagine Chris Jericho vs Randy Orton all over again after Jericho has made a name for himself in AEW. Or Jon Moxley coming back to dethrone the Tribal Chief.
Speaking to The Ringer’s “The Masked Man Show, AEW CEO Tony Khan shared his thoughts on a WWE-AEW Supershow.
"I’m not sure that’s going to happen but I would be open to talking about that kind of thing." Khan said on WWE-AEW tie-up.
While Khan wasn't too sure whether AEW teaming up with WWE is a possibility, he is certainly of the opinion that this should happen.
Whether or not we will see WWE vs AEW, only time will tell, but it's safe to say, when that happens, it will be one of the biggest nights in pro-wrestling history.
