During a fan interaction in Toronto, Khabib Nurmagomedov took a subtle dig at Conor McGregor by saying "We are here to take over".

Khabib challenged Conor's quote from back in the days: "We are not here to take part we are here to take over".

It did not take McGregor to fire back at The Eagle as he said that Khabib retired out of fear of losing his unbeaten streak.

Conor McGregor even said that he is willing to fight Khabib in a rematch if the Eagle can overcome his fear and make his octagon return.

"I fight on! Your father plan is never complete because you quit and ran, brother God Bless. I am still here if you wanna go again. But your fear of defeat means you've already lost"- McGregor tweeted.

Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov are both 34 years old. However, McGregor is still looking for a comeback while Khabib is happily retired.

McGregor has even shown interest in moving up to welterweight and fighting for the title, something Khabib never did when he was the undisputed UFC lightweight champion.

However, Khabib's unbeaten record certainly puts him in a league of his own and solidifies him as one of the greatest of all time.
