According to reports, WWE is internally discussing a possible Wrestlemania match between Brock Lesnar and Intercontinental Champion Gunther.

Wrestling news outlet Xero news came through with the report stating that the company is looking to put the two heavyweights in the ring together.

Gunther in the past has openly spoken about his dream match with the Beast Incarnate and he'd like to have it at WrestleMania.

The match between the two is something that fans are really excited to see but currently, there are no concrete reports on the same as some fans said that the news source is not trustworthy.

The Ring General made his main roster debut this year alongside his Imperium teammate Ludwig Kaiser. He was able to win the Intercontinental championship months after his arrival on Smackdown.

Brock Lesnar meanwhile is currently out with a kayfabe injury after an attack from Bobby Lashley and his return date is unclear.

It looks like the plan from the WWE is to have Lesnar face Bobby Lashley at Wrestlemania as the feud between the two hasn't reached its conclusion yet.

Gunther is currently waiting to see who will win the Smackdown World Cup as the winner will be the next challenger for his Intercontinental championship.
