Ever since getting injured at UFC 264, Conor McGregor is trying everything in his capacity to recover as soon as possible. Notorious has taken social media to share a picture with the physical therapist he is working with. McGregor also wrote about the experience working with her.
The therapist working with McGregor for his recovery is Heather Milligan who is the founder of Elite Orthosport, a state-of-the-art medical facility specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine. Since his surgery after the injury at UFC 264, McGregor has been updating about his recovery to his fans via social media. So, after working with heather, Conor wrote on Twitter:
Excellent work today with Heather Milligan of Elite Orthosport! This woman and the team here is incredible!
The same team I repaired my acl with in record time back in 2013. The same team I will repair this bone with in record time! Let’s go team! @tidlsport @EliteOrthoSport pic.twitter.com/5FXe3HVZvB— Conor McGregor (@TheNotoriousMMA) August 12, 2021
McGregor seems to be positive about his recovery and return. More importantly, he believes in Milligan’s process and her work.
Heather Milligan is also the girlfriend of actor and former bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger. Milligan and Arnold are dating each other since 2013. In addition to that, she has worked as medical personnel in the Arnold Strongman Classic, a strength competition created by Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Conor McGregor has Previously worked with Heather Milligan in 2013
However, this is not the first time for the Irishman working with Heather. As mentioned by Conor, she helped McGregor repair his ACL back in 2013. After he tore his ACL in a fight against Max Holloway at UFC Fight Night 26 in August 2013.
Even at that time, he praised Heather for her work. Conor took the Twitter to write:

After the recovery, McGregor returned to UFC with a blast by defeating Diego Brandao with a first-round knockout. So, fight fans must be hoping for a similar comeback from the Notorious. If that happens, it would be wondrous to watch Mcgregor reinstate his stature in UFC.
However, if he returns, who do you think Mystic Mac should fight in his comeback fight?
