In women’s singles, Ons Jabeur and Jelena Ostapenko are the big names who will catch all the eyeballs. Here are the matches and our predictions for the day:
Novak Djokovic vs Tim van Rijthoven
Tim van Rijthoven caught everyone’s attention when he won the Libema Open during the grass season. His ATP ranking of 104 does not justify his talent and everyone expects him to give a tough fight to Djokovic.

On the other hand, Djokovic’s game has improved with every passing match. He has been winning matches left, right, and center without any difficulty. While the match can go to four or five sets, Djokovic is still the favorite to win the match.
Carlos Alcaraz vs Jack Sinner
This might probably be the toughest match for Alcaraz so far. While the Spaniard is seeded fifth, Sinner is seeded tenth. Therefore, people can expect a good game between the two.

Just like Djokovic, Alcaraz’s game has improved since the first game and looks formidable at the moment. On the other hand, Sinner has beaten big names like Wawrinka and Isner to make it to Round 4. Despite the close match-up, people are expecting Alcaraz to advance to the next round.
Ons Jabeur vs Elise Mertens
With almost all the top seeds falling, Jabeur is the only person left at the top. She has been in hot form in Wimbledon and has not dropped a single set till now.

On the other hand, Elise Mertens has given some impressive matches go far. She beat Angelique Kerber in the third round to prove her mettle. There is no doubt Jabeur is the clear favorite to win the match considering the way she has played till now.
Jelena Ostapenko vs Tatjana Maria
When Wimbledon started, Ostapenko was not one of the favorites to win the tournament. However, with the top seeds exiting, she has a big chance to win the grand slam.

Maria beat seed number 5 Sakkari in the third round and has the potential to beat Ostapenko. However, people will place their bets on Ostapenko instead of Maria.
