Brock Lesnar will challenge Bobby Lashley for his WWE World Heavyweight Championship inside the Elimination Chamber. The match will also involve Matt Riddle, AJ Styles, Seth Rollins, and Austin Theory. The chamber is an unforgiving steel structure, infamous for shortening many men’s careers.
This year’s chamber match promises to be one of the best. With the perfect mix of strength, agility, and speed among the 6 wrestlers, we hope they put on a good show. However, with every pro comes a con. The punishment endured is incomparable. This will also be Lesnar’s first ever Elimination Chamber match in his career!
With that said let’s take a look at 5 things that can go wrong for The Beast at this weekend’s Elimination Chamber:
1. The Bloodline attacks Brock Lesnar before the match
The Bloodline led by Roman Reigns and the mastermind of Paul Heyman is a destructive force in WWE right now. Roman Reigns is the current WWE Universal Champion, and his cousins The Usos are the current WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions. By challenging The Tribal Chief, Lesnar has landed himself in hot waters with the stable. Therefore, it would not be surprising to see The Usos attack, Brock Lesnar, before the match. This would be the final nail in the coffin before WrestleMania 38 for Lesnar and would destroy his promise of a Title vs Title match at the show of shows.
2. Wrestlers team up against Brock Lesnar inside the chamber
Let’s face it, Lesnar is probably the favorite to win the match and could be once again dominant inside the steel structure. On his day, the conqueror can decimate his opponents and come out unscathed as the winner. The other 5 wrestlers will be wary of this situation. Thus, there could come a point during the match where the remaining wrestlers team up to get rid of Brock. We have seen it happen before and it could very well occur again.

3. Brock Lesnar gets injured during the match
Okay, this might be a bit on the extreme side. But we can’t ignore the fact that injuries are an external variable that no one can control. One bad move, one bad botch, and the superstar could be out for months. Just look at Bayley. She got injured while training! Coming back to The Beast, he is one of the fittest superstars in all of WWE. His in-ring capabilities are on an elite level and he never gets injured. However, if it does happen, it would ruin WWE’s plans for WrestleMania 38. They have had a fantastic build to the feud between Roman and Brock, it would be disappointing, to say the least, if it does not reach its conclusion at WrestleMania.
4. Roman Reigns interferes, again!
History has a habit of repeating itself. The Head of the Table made his presence known to Brock when he cost him the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the Royal Rumble. While interfering in an Elimination Chamber match is a bit too difficult, that does not mean it’s impossible. Special Counsel Paul Heyman is known for pulling strings backstage for his clients, and he could do the same to ensure that somehow Roman gets to enter the chamber match to eliminate Lesnar and send another message to The Beast.

5. Brock Lesnar gets pinned clean
Okay, before we get on our high horses, hear me out. This is perhaps the most unlikely scenario going into the Chamber. Perhaps Madcap Moss beating Drew McIntyre clean has better odds than this. However, WWE is never afraid to shock the WWE Universe. No one thought The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak would come to an end, but it did. Similarly, WWE could use this opportunity to build up Bobby Lashley and have him eliminate Lesnar clean! It would certainly hurt The Beast before his WrestleMania showdown with Reigns but it is still a possibility.
Elimination Chamber 2022 takes place on 19 February in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Which scenario do you think is the most likely?
