Alexa Bliss started off with a massive boom on the WWE main roster. It didn’t take her long to taste championship success. When it comes to her in-ring resume, fans have already acknowledged the undeniable charisma of the self-proclaimed goddess.
Due to the fact that Bliss was able to accomplish so much within a brief span, her fanbase grew immensely. Once she became more active on her social media handles like Twitter and Instagram, hackers and catfishers got into the act.
Back in October 2022, these cyber malpractices occurred frequently. Many fans on Twitter claimed to have had a private conversation with Alexa Bliss. What’s more startling is that some of them revealed that they’ve connected with Bliss’ mother and other close ones too. There might’ve been cases as well where some of these gullible Twitterati got tricked fairly easily for the sake of money.
When fans started tagging Bliss directly regarding the tumultuous events, Little Miss Bliss turned down every single one of them. She clarified how she’s never talked to anyone via DMs, Google Hangouts, or any other personal pages. Encouraging her fans not to fall for these scammers, the former Raw Women’s Champion said that she’d never demand any gift cards or money from them.
Has nothing to be with being equal. It has to do with scamming. & real identities instead of fake accounts who try to scam people. Obviously you haven’t experienced someone stealing your identity to scam from innocent people. Nice try 8 bucks.

A Twitter user named Smith tagged Bliss to confirm whether an entity named Angela Kaufman was her mother as he supposedly talked with her. In response, Alexa quickly cleared the air and asked him not to believe it. She even apologized to the fan for being catfished over her mother. Incidents like these are why she often switches her Twitter account to private mode.
Also, this year, in April, when Elon Musk decided to charge money for keeping accounts verified, Bliss didn’t hold herself back. While replying to a user, she emphasized how scamming has affected her in the past. As seen above, the wife of Ryan Cabrera mentioned those catfishing incidents she faced in the past.
Alexa Bliss credits mother Angela Kaufman for her WWE success
In a special Mother’s Day video released by WWE a few years ago, Bliss discussed her divine relationship with her mother. In the short documentary, the 31-year-old recalled her mom being super strict in the beginning. Obviously, the mother-daughter pair fared well as Bliss grew older.
Although the Goddess might’ve rarely mentioned her mother in WWE programming, she always visits her mom backstage. One could tell how supportive Angela has been for her daughter over the years.
Angela Kaufman, her mother, was there for each and every laurel her daughter collected in WWE. In 2018, when Bliss had her first-ever WrestleMania match against Nia Jax, she found her mom at the ringside area. Just not for Mania, Angela marked her presence wherever her creation entertained fans worldwide.
It will be fair enough to say that Alexa Bliss shares an irreplaceable bond with her mother. Also, it would not have been that easy for Bliss to attain such heights as a professional wrestler if her mom hadn’t backed her. To this date, Alexa calls her mother her best friend and that’s perfectly justifiable.
