At Night of Champions 2023, WWE Hall of Famer, Trish Stratus was set to go one-on-one against Becky Lynch. The match was made official following Stratus’ shocking betrayal of her former partner. Moreover, the rivalry had reached a personal level, as Becky was eyeing revenge. As soon as the match began, both the women were not pulling their punches and wanted to take each other down.
Furthermore, it was a decent enough match, to say the least. After a lot of back and forth between two of the greatest women’s wrestlers of all time, the bout concluded with a shocking twist. Just when it seemed The Man was about to win, she was surprisingly attacked by Zoey Stark. And that allowed Trish to take advantage and capture the victory. Following her loss, Becky took to Twitter to address the situation.

Becky Lynch shared her picture on Twitter, in which she had her face covered with blood stains. The blood during the match was a result of Zoey Stark hitting her finisher and accidentally breaking Lynch’s nose. Along with the picture, The Man tweeted, “Revenge is a dish best served cold. @trishstratuscom we have unfinished business. @ZoeyStarkWWE you messed up. Plain and simple”.
While it is still unclear whether the use of blood was a part of the kayfabe. Nonetheless, it seemed Becky was legitimately bleeding. Furthermore, it is also not confirmed whether Lynch is actually furious at Stark for inadvertently breaking her nose. If that is the case, then Zoey might face consequences for her actions by the WWE management.
Trish Stratus vs. Becky Lynch feud is far from over?
It is fair to say that the Becky Lynch vs. Trish Stratus feud has not managed to captivate fans with great storytelling. However, following their match at Night of Champions, the rivalry is set to proceed with a few developments.
Zoey Stark, who has been drafted from NXT to the main roster this year, has officially inserted herself in the feud. Following the events that took place last Saturday, Zoey might be joining forces with WWE Hall of Famer, Trish to keep the story captivating.

Moreover, considering the recent tweet by Becky, she is far from done with Stratus. And Stark is also on The Man’s radar and could pay for what she did to Lynch. Fans might witness another high-profile match between Becky and Trish, possibly at Summerslam. But before that, The Man has some scores to settle with Stark and teach her a lesson.
