The Rock’s WrestleMania 39 appearance has been a topic of great concern and conversation for a long time now. The possibility of occurrence of both sides has their valid takes. However, ultimately, it is Triple H who takes the final call. It now appears that the management is clear with their decision to bring The Rock to WrestleMania 39.
Speaking at the press conference that took place post the Royal Rumble, The Game opened up on the status of Dwayne Johnson’s return to WWE. Triple H’s statements have left the fans quite disappointed. Despite being unclear, fans knew what Triple H had been trying to hide before his smile. Fans are also quite creative to think that Triple H is hyping up the audience to help them receive a jaw-dropping surprise on D-day.
The Rock himself made a bold statement regarding his fitness claiming that he isn’t ready to step inside the squared circle. However, this statement went in vain for the WWE Universe including Triple H who laughed saying, “He can’t get in shape in time, that’s what you all tell me.” Everyone is aware of the fact that Dwayne Johnson probably has one of the greatest physiques in the action industry.
What is the real reason behind The Rock missing out on WrestleMania 39?
There have been numerous conversations about The Rock not being physically fit to get in the ring. It’s been three long years since he last made his way to the WWE. His tightly packed Hollywood schedule has kept him away from the ring and is expected to do so at the Grandest Stage of Them All too. However, this is not the only reason for him to miss the PLE.

While the statement about his physical slackness for the ring may seem bleak, they are somewhere true. As justified by his cousin and rumored opponent – Roman Reigns, being physically fit and training for WWE are poles apart. One might be physically fit but being in the ring required the skill to fall and get back up.
Triple H, in the same press conference, also revealed that The Rock believes in giving it his all in every task that he undertakes. “There is no way he would show up here and half a** it,” added HHH. The Rock’s return to WWE thus remains under the hammer unless he himself is fully satisfied that he can do it.
