WWE has just wrapped up its Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event, that emanated from the Jeddah SuperDome, Saudi Arabia. As has become the norm with recent WWE PLEs, Elimination Chamber was an amazing card from top-to-bottom. There were excellent matches, career-defining performances and an electrifying in-ring return to cap it all off. There were also a few duds scattered across the show. We’re gonna break them all down; these are 3 Highs and Lows from WWE Elimination Chamber 2022.
Low: Miz v/s Rey Mysterio
It’s a good thing this match was on the kick-off show. Both Rey Mysterio and The Miz are future Hall of Famers but this was an average TV match at best. Nearly 10 minutes of back-and-forth action that saw Mysterio pick up the victory.

We were hoping for a saucy post-match angle with Dominik, as it looked like WWE was about to pit the father and son against each other for WrestleMania during Rumble season. But it looks like they have other, more Dashing plans for him if Miz’s promo is anything to go about.
Sounds like @mikethemiz has a tag team partner in mind to take on @reymysterio & @DomMysterio35! And now, the A-Lister has to go make a call…

High: Ronda Rousey & Naomi v/s Charlotte Flair and Sonia Deville
Ronda Rousey in a WWE ring will always be a sight to behold. The Baddest Woman on the Planet made her entrance wearing the same Judo gi in which she won an Olympic Bronze Medal and lived up to her moniker.

“Injured” Sonia Deville v/s One-Handed Ronda is something we didn’t know we needed, and can’t get enough of now. Rousey was on fire in this match, and her natural in-ring charisma drove the WWE Universe wild in the Jeddah SuperDome.

As far as WrestleMania appetizers go, this match perfectly built up the anticipation for Rousey’s first ‘Mania appearance in 3 years. Can’t wait to see her get her hands on Charlotte Flair.
Low: Usos beat down Viking Raiders before the match
This is just further proof that WWE- or rather Vince McMahon- just doesn’t care about tag team wrestling. The Viking Raiders hadn’t even finished their entrance when the Usos attacked and took out one of the Raiders, thereby cancelling the entire match.
.@WWEUsos just took out @Erik_WWE & @Ivar_WWE and now the #VikingRaiders are unable to compete at #WWEChamber! pic.twitter.com/rodBhhhctm

The Alpha Academy didn’t even feature on the card, making the tag team division in WWE a complete afterthought.
High: Lita proved that she’s still got it
The WWE Raw Women’s Championship match met our expectations- and then some. Lita proved, once and for all, why she is one of the greatest women’s wrestlers that WWE has ever seen.
WWE Hall of Famer @AmyDumas is here to challenge for the #WWERaw #WomensTitle at #WWEChamber!

Her match with Becky Lynch went on for a little over 12 minutes. While that was a full 4 mins 30 secs shorter than Charlotte Flair’s encounter with Trish Stratus, we’d argue Lita’s performance this night puts the age-old debate to rest. She wore her heart on her sleeve and the molten crowd at the Jeddah SuperDome ate it all up.

There were so many convincing near-falls peppered across the match and after it all ended, Lita spent an emotional moment with the crowd that damn near made us cry. We know that her current deal just had this one match on it, but we can’t help but salivate at the prospect of Lita v/s Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 38 after her stellar performance at Elimination Chamber 2022.

Low: Goldberg
Okay, yes, Goldberg is a legend and we know that him even sharing the squared circle with Roman Reigns is a dream encounter but this match was not what we were expecting. 2 spears, an awkward turnbuckle bump and that was all she wrote for Goldberg.
SPEAR!!!@Goldberg #WWEChamber pic.twitter.com/Kg8KVnFzK4
— WWE (@WWE) February 19, 2022
You can see him busted open when Reigns locks in the Guillotine; which is the only finisher he uses in the match, by the way. Roman doesn’t even hit a spear on Goldberg, instead opting to put the Hall of Famer to sleep and further cementing his legacy as the greatest of all time.
Did you remember to acknowledge @WWERomanReigns yet?@HeymanHustle #WWEChamber pic.twitter.com/PW8BTCYkzp
— WWE (@WWE) February 19, 2022
We understand by WWE insists on rolling out Goldberg every time a Saudi Arabia show is at hand, but consider this; Goldberg v/s Roman Reigns lasted for 6 minutes. Brock Lesnar pinned 4 men in the main event on the same night in less time than that. This doesn’t take away from the fact that this was a historic match-up; we’re just concerned about Goldberg at this point.
High: Both Chamber Matches Delivered Big-Time
In terms of the matches that took place in its namesake steel structure, Elimination Chamber 2022 was a thumping success. Both matches were stacked to the top with top-tier performances. The Women’s Chamber Match was first, and was going good before Alexa Bliss entered the mix; after that, it was a straight-up barnstormer.
TWISTED BLISS! ????
And @AlexaBliss_WWE pins @YaOnlyLivvOnce at #WWEChamber! pic.twitter.com/GHsVLpRCvC
— WWE (@WWE) February 19, 2022
Bliss proved her value to WWE by acting as the veteran of the match and showing all of us that no doll can ever mess with her in-ring acumen. The Double Vertical Suplex spot was a nasty delight, and Bianca Belair continues to make history by winning the Chamber in her debut appearance.

— WWE (@WWE) February 19, 2022
The men’s match started off at top-speed. It was so hard and fast, in fact, that WWE Champion Bobby Lashley sustained a legitimate injury before he could even enter the match.

While most fans knew who was going to win, this unfortunate accident zapped the match-up with a bolt of lightning as soon as it became clear that a new champion was going to be crowned. Every man put in a great performance here, especially Austin Theory whose push to the moon continues unhindered.
Taking time for some selfies!@austintheory1 #WWEChamber pic.twitter.com/3UQOqQnwOK
— WWE (@WWE) February 19, 2022
But of course it was going to be all about Brock Lesnar. He toom out Rollins, Riddle & Styles in under 2 minutes and then F5’d Theory off the top of a Chamber pod. No one puts on a show quite like Brock Lesnar and he managed to make the best out of a dicey situation.
NO WAY!!!!!!!@BrockLesnar #WWEChamber pic.twitter.com/ADHSejM6sS

Elimination Chamber 2022 was a great Premium Live Event all said, and we can’t wait to see what WWE does next on the Road to WrestleMania.
