The Cenation Leader clarified that his actual inclusion in the movie was “a happy accident”.
“I ran into Margot Robbie at a restaurant and I didn’t even know she was there. I paid for a meal for someone that I wanted to do something nice for and she came running over because she was sitting at that table,” stated Cena. He further revealed that Margot asked to become a part of the movie, to which he replied that he tried but it didn’t happen.
Margot further helped Cena get the role for which he was so grateful. John was thrilled to be a part of the movie and was elated after his appearance.

Without a doubt, this was extremely fun for John Cena, and he played it elegantly. His on-screen presence was matched by his real-life persona, as he was very positive going into the film as a Merman. Fans also liked this character of Cena, and the look of his character went viral on the internet. The movie itself was a huge success and showcased his caliber and expertise in each role.
