At the Night of Champions 2023 PLE, fans witnessed one of the greatest cinematic moments in WWE history. After months of teasing, The Bloodline story finally took a drastic turn. Moreover, The Usos have had enough of being humiliated by their Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns week after week. During the main event of the show, Jimmy Uso shocked the world by kicking The Head of the Table in the face.
It all began with the announcement of Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa competing for the Undisputed tag team championship instead of The Usos. Though the crumbling of The Bloodline had been teased for months, nobody knew that last Saturday was going to be the beginning of the end. Furthermore, following the most shocking betrayal, The Wiseman made an official announcement on Twitter.
Your Tribal Chief, Solo and I are jetting back home from #WWENOC
We will talk about this in detail Friday on #SmackDown pic.twitter.com/6Fx0of6q9g
— Paul Heyman (@HeymanHustle) May 27, 2023
Paul Heyman tweeted out a video of him along with The Tribal Chief and Solo Sikoa boarding their private jet. And leaving for the U.S. after the end of the Saudi event. In addition to the video, Heyman stated, “Your Tribal Chief, Solo, and I are jetting back home from #WWENOC. We will talk about this in detail Friday on #SmackDown”.
Although the tweet came from the Special Counsel, it could very well be a warning from The Tribal Chief himself. And considering the statement, Roman might take care of the business on his own in the forthcoming weeks. Hence, it remains to be seen what The Bloodline story has more to offer this Friday on SmackDown.
What possible turn could The Bloodline story between Roman Reigns and The Usos take from here?
The Bloodline storyline is arguably the greatest thing in professional wrestling right now. The twists and turns during the entire story never fail to be jaw-dropping. During the tag title match, The Usos were actually out to help Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa during the tag team championship match.
However, an inadvertent superkick to Solo made things worse between the family. And just when Reigns began humiliating and pushing his cousins once again, Jimmy took a stand and took out The Tribal Chief. The unexpected swerve could result in an Undisputed championship feud between Reigns and Jimmy or Jey Uso.
Moreover, fans will eventually find out where the story is headed potentially on SmackDown this week. This Friday on SmackDown, The Tribal Chief is set to celebrate 1000 days as Champion along with The Wiseman and Solo. Although The Usos are not invited to the party anymore, they could definitely spoil the party and take the story further.
