Various legendary singers have also performed at the Grandest Stage of them all WrestleMania several times. From Snoop Dogg to Pitbull, there have been various artists performing at the grand spectacle.
Many singers have also shared the intention of being inside the squared circle one day. Bad Bunny is a prime example of an artist turning into a WWE superstar. He captured the audience and made a concert out of his entrance at WWE Backlash earlier this year. Bunny also proved his in-ring capability and skills, giving an instant classic against Damian Priest.
It seems that Cardi B is also on the verge of making his next big move to wrestling shortly. The legendary award-winning artist recently appeared on Hot Ones, talking about her song ‘Hot Sh*t”. She recalled giving a tribute to Jimmy Snuka in the song and talked about her WrestleMania appearance.
“I feel like my entrance would have to be grand. Like, what’s her name? Melina? Do you remember her? She used to walk in with two guys and then she would do a whole split on the ropes. She would like enter on a split like. I have to like enter grand like that. She was just crazy”.
Cardi B revealed her “grand” plan that she liked the way former WWE Women’s Champion Melina carried herself to the ring. She stated how crazy it would be if she carried her the same way as Melina, with a couple of bodyguards doing the split on the ring.

“Yeah, that mother f***** is jumping off the ropes. I would love to attend. I don’t know what I’d do. I don’t know if I have to perform or slap a b*tch, but I want to go. I have to fulfill some type of dream”.
This isn’t the first time Cardi has talked about his affection for WWE. While on a podcast with Peter Rosenberg, she expressed her dream to appear at WrestleMania. Bad Bunny has been a huge influence on Cardi, and she would love to be inside the ring doing some flips and kicks herself.
Melina’s reaction to Cardi B recreating her entrance
After Cardi B broke out her WWE appearance will be inspired by that of Melina. The former Women’s Champion took no time in reacting to this huge statement. Melina talked about how much influence Cardi B has had in her life and how becoming her inspiration in the Stamford-based promotion completes the circle of life for the former MNM member.

The former WWE Women’s Champion, Melina, has had a successful career in the company so far. Since making her debut as a manager for the team of John Morrison and Joey Mercury back in 2004, she has made her way to the top of the women’s division rapidly. After leaving MNM, Melina transitioned into singles competition and achieved huge success.
After winning the Women’s Championship three times and the Divas Championship two times, Melina made her last WWE appearance last year during the Women’s Royal Rumble Match. She has had a decorated career in WWE and might make another comeback one last time, along with the sensational Cardi B.
