Everyone in the audience was left shocked after this unexpected announcement by their favorite Uso and has since been pretty concerned about his future with Triple H’s company.
While the promotion may have done its best to make pro wrestling lovers believe that Jey is no longer associated with them, Fans are convinced that his departure is part of the ongoing storyline, and Main Event Jey will return soon to compete against The Bloodline. But he’ll surely need someone to have his back.
As the fan-favorite Uso will require someone to help him tackle the situation against his former fraction member, what better way to do this than to join former Bloodline member, Sami Zayn? The rumors about the former friends potentially reuniting have created a lot of excitement among fans, and people have been sharing different opinions about this possibility.
Expressing how this is an interesting angle, a member of the WWE universe shared his excitement by saying, “Haven’t thought about that and I LOVE IT“. Giving a green signal to the former friends joining forces, a fan on ‘X’ wrote, “Um.. Looking at how Kevin Owens is currently injured, the possibility of this happening is pretty high, but all this can only happen once Jey returns. It remains to be seen if the former friends will really join forces, or will this just end as speculation?
Jey Uso previously betrayed Sami Zayn
Everyone knows that Main Event Jey and Sami were the best of friends during their time with The Bloodline. But their friendship ended due to a betrayal by Jey Uso, as the fan-favorite Uso chose his family over Sami Zayn after weeks of drama surrounding their relations.
This betrayal took place earlier this year on the March 6, 2023, episode of Monday Night Raw. As Zayn defeated Jimmy Uso in a singles match, Jey hugged him and indicated that he was uniting with the former NXT star. However, in a shocking turnaround, Main Event Jey started assaulting the former Honorary Uce, thus joining hands with his brothers.
Even though their friendship ended due to unexpected reasons, it doesn’t rule out the possibility of a reunion. Both Jey and Zayn are now immensely loved names in the WWE universe, and this can eventually lead them to reunite again. It’ll be interesting to see if we’ll get to see them together in the near future or not.
