The March 18, 2024 edition of Monday Night Raw is in the books and it was a great one. After Dwayne Johnson’s scathing promo on Cody Rhodes on the previous edition of SmackDown, the latter came back with jabs of his own and called The Rock an “as*hole.” However, the most exciting bit of the action took place in the main event where Becky Lynch took on Nia Jax.

Becky Lynch and Nia Jax have a lot of history together. It was Jax who broke Lynch’s nose in 2018 and created the iconic image of The Man with a bloody face. Since then, she has become one of the biggest stars in the promotion and has been a big selling point for the company. However, despite all her achievements, Becky was yet to beat Nia Jax. But, that changed in the latest RAW episode.
The two took on each other in a Last Man Standing match in the main event and it tore the house down! Jax, who is usually criticized for her lack of mobility inside the ring, showed great athletic abilities and arguably put on the best performance of her career. Not only that, but she also made Becky look like an absolute beast ahead of WrestleMania 40 by taking many nasty bumps.

At one point in the match, Becky drove Jax through some tables outside of the ring and it got a significant amount of pop from the fans. However, the biggest moment of the match came when Lynch climbed up the ladder and dove on top of Jax, who was lying on the announcers’ table. As Lynch successfully landed the dive, Pat McAfee seemingly lost his mind. It was an incredible move and McAfee’s reaction perfectly summarized it!

Becky Lynch has finally put her rivalry with Nia Jax to bed after winning their Last Man Standing match. Now, she has bigger things to worry about as “The Man” is set to fight Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 40. She earned the opportunity after winning the women’s Elimination Chamber earlier in the year.

Hence, Rhea Ripley came out after Lynch’s bout and faced off against the former champion to start the build-up to their match. While Lynch has overcome some huge obstacles during her career, Mami will definitely be the biggest challenge of her career so far.
