Bad Bunny has created a huge impact in WWE. There have been several celebrities who have wrestled in WWE. For most of them to look good in the ring, their opponents had to do a lot of work. When it came to the Platinum Recording Artist, the fans assumed it was the same case, but Bunny proved them all wrong.
Hard-working Bad Bunny
Bad Bunny had been putting his blood, sweat and tears into his match at WrestleMania 37. He did not want to take the easy way out, he wanted to give the fans what they want, a good performance from Bad Bunny. He was determined to show the world that he did not get a spot t WrestleMania because he is a celebrity but rather because he is a good wrestler. Picture perfect diving cross-bodies, fierce right hands, impeccable hurricaneranas and best of all, a flawless Canadian Destroyer.
After an impressive WrestleMania, Bunny returned at the Royal Rumble last week to give another impressive performance. Bunny made his Rumble debut and got a few eliminations as well. Bunny eliminated Sheamus and he teamed with Rey Mysterio to eliminate the ‘show-off‘ Dolph Ziggler.
A show of respect from Rey Mysterio
As mentioned above, Bad Bunny and Rey Mysterio worked together at the Royal Rumble event. Rey Mysterio is one of the biggest wrestling legends in WWE and in Lucha Libre. If just sharing the ring with a Latino legend wasn’t enough, after the match, Bad Bunny received Rey Mysterio’s mask backstage that he wore during the Rumble.

The Lucha mask is one of the most respected and honourable attires of Masked Luchadors. No Luchador will just hand out their Lucha masks to anyone. It is the most treasured part of their gear and for Bad Bunny to receive it from a legend such as Rey Mysterio shows how much effort Bunny puts in for the profession. Bunny is also respected highly by the wrestlers for his hard work.
