The aftermath of WWE Royal Rumble 2022 has been crazy. Every day new reports are emerging which say that the Rumble plans were different. While nothing is concrete, a report has emerged which says WWE talent was informed early on the day of the event about Brock Lesnar winning the Rumble.
Steve Carrier of Ringside News reports ‘Ringside News was told by a tenured member of the creative team that Brock was scheduled to “enter as a surprise and win” the entire time throughout the Royal Rumble match planning. This was “kept pretty quiet but the talent was told this early in the day” before the Royal Rumble premium live event started.’
Brock Lesnar wins a lot in WWE, but talent didn’t know he was even in the 2022 Men’s Royal Rumble match until pretty late in the game.

Looks like there was a lot of confusion during WWE’s Royal Rumble planning. With reports also stating that Matt Riddle was chosen to win the Rumble this year but plans changed closer to the pay-per-view date.

First up it was The Beast that made his way into the steel structure. After that Austin Theory, AJ Styles, and Matt Riddle qualified by winning their respective matches. Seth Rollins, who took a beating from Roman Reigns at Royal Rumble returned to put himself in the picture. The lineup looks fantastic with the perfect combination of strength and agility to spice up the Chamber match.

Meanwhile, Lesnar also addressed Bobby Lashley. In a promo, Brock said he was not angry at The All Mighty for winning the championship. He was angry at Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman. So, Lashley should not be worried about WrestleMania. As he will challenge The Tribal Chief for the WWE Universal Championship.
However, Brock also added that this match will be Title vs Title signaling his intention to win the WWE Championship inside the Elimination Chamber.
WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view will be held in Saudi Arabia on Saturday, 19 February.
