LA Knight has hooked the audience with his presence in and around the WWE arena. His in-ring skills are top-tier, which makes him one of the most favorite stars to lead the division. Another thing that has left the fans grasping for more is his iconic and powerful catchphrases. But what makes his words so impactful?
Spending over 20 years in the wrestling industry, LA Knight has grabbed things from all industries to make himself a perfect man. His catchphrase, “With Everybody Saying” shares a connection with the global sensation – Eminem. Though indirectly, the impact that it has created is unmatchable.
However, LA Knight is not directly connected to the ‘Slim Shady’. Instead, he has adopted the phrase from Eminem’s most trusted friend – Andre Romell Young aka Dr. Dre. The iconic friendship between Dr. Dre and Eminem goes back to the late 90s. Since then the two have stood strong for each other at all times.
The two stars have given multiple blockbuster songs over the years, including their absolute best – Relapse. While the two were highly appreciated as a team, they have left their mark in terms of solo existence. Dr. Dre made a huge impact on LA Knight that compelled him to adopt his lyrics as his catchphrase.
LA Knight reveals his famous catchphrase is inspired by Dr. Dre’s music

“‘With everybody’ saying actually comes from uh ‘Let Me Ride’ by Dr. Dre on The Chronic album yeah. It’s the very last chorus just before that last chorus with everybody,” said LA Knight. This also speaks a lot about his personality and his inclination towards the music industry. Following his passion for music, fans would be excited to see how LA Knight’s chose his WWE theme.
The former NXT star is also a very close observer and he noticed Howard Stern utter the word “Everybody“. Eventually, he adopted the style and created a wave of enthrallment amongst the WWE crowd with his mere presence. While the WWE shows reveal the in-ring skills of a WWE superstar, there are multiple soft skills that they possess that stay out of the public eye on most occasions.
