WWE’s Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event is taking place on February 19, 2022. WWE had to pre-tape the final SmackDown before the event. The superstars need to reach Saudi Arabia and be well-prepped for the event and thus it was pre-taped. Like most taped shows, the live crowd leaks spoilers for the show.
WWE had a jam-packed show planned. The Tribal Chief and Goldberg had a face-to-face. There was a contract signing, and a title match was also scheduled for the show.

The Face-Off
WWE Hall of Famer, Goldberg is set to challenge Roman Reigns for his Universal Title at the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event. Prior to their match, the two were to a face-off on SmackDown. The Champion and the Challenger took verbal shots at each other. It seems that WWE has decided to not have the two put their hands on each other until their match. The segment seemed to captivate the crowd and made them more excited for their match.
The contract signing
Ronda Rousey is set to team up with Naomi to take on the team of SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair and Sonya Deville. The match was announced after Ronda Rousey saved Naomi from the beatdown by Charlotte and Sonya.
The two teams made it official via a contract signing. Just like most contract signings, the signing came to an end after a brawl. The baby-faces stood tall as the heels retreated.

Intercontinental Championship Match
Sami Zayn won a No. 1 Contender’s match to earn a shot at Nakamura’s Intercontinental Title. Nakamura had been injured for almost a month and hence WWE had to postpone the match. It was finally announced that Zayn will get his title shot on the Go-home show. Thanks to a fan, it was released that Sami Zayn defeated Shinsuke Nakamura to be crowned the new Intercontinental Champion.
This is well deserved for Sami Zayn. He has been working on him returning to the winning ways.
The go-home show was well put and a perfect way to lead into the Elimination Chamber Live Premium Event.
