There’s no denying the “guts” on Paul Heyman, who came face to face for the first time in a heated verbal exchange with his former client Brock Lesnar since betraying him at the Royal Rumble for the WWE Championship this past month. Special Counsel to The Tribal Chief, Paul Herman has been the talk of the town ever since turning rogue at the Royal Rumble. He has also garnered a fair amount of interest with respect to his decision to turn against Lesnar.
Ahead of the Champion vs Champion clash at WrestleMania 38, Paul Heyman had a word or two to share with the Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar. In what was a heated promo, met with a great response from the audience, Heyman got the better of Lesnar after everything was said and done.

Lesnar reclaimed his WWE Championship with a dominant win at the Elimination Chamber in Saudi Arabia this past weekend. After a soul-crushing defeat at the Royal Rumble, Lesnar retained his supremacy by winning the Royal Rumble later that night and took it a step further by ensuring a Champion vs Champion clash at WrestleMania by winning the WWE gold in Jeddah.
Who will Brock Lesnar fight in Madison Square Garden?
It’s safe to say that Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley were supposed to lock horns on RAW at MSG. However, the recent botch/storyline puts Bobby Lashley under medical supervision, waiting for a concussion clearance puts the entire WWE universe in doubt.
While uncertainty regarding Brock Lesnar vs Bobby Lashley looms large, Paul Heyman promises an opponent worthy of fighting for the WWE Championship in a scenario where Bobby Lashley doesn’t pass his concussion protocol. “Do you know that you have to defend your title against Bobby Lashley at the Madison Square Garden? Do you know that Bobby Lashley may not even pass concussion protocol, and do you know that if Bobby Lashley doesn’t pass concussion protocol; I will still have your back, Brock Lesnar? I will still make sure it’s a title match worthy, of the world’s most famous arena, Madison Square Garden. So, Brock Lesnar, I will see you at the Garden.”
