SUMMARY
- The launch of Visa Cash App RB's first F1 livery will take place in Las Vegas.
- According to reports, Visa RB will likely launch its 2024 livery at Allegiant Stadium, right where the build-up to Sunday's Super Bowl will take place.
AlphaTauri has finally gained a refreshing new identity, as the Faenza-based outfit will now be called Visa Cash App RB. While there’s a sense of amusement growing within the motorsport community over Red Bull’s bizarre name for its sister outfit, the thought process behind the rebranding has been quite extensive and rather well-planned.
Earlier this year, the Stake F1 team was the first Formula 1 outfit to undergo an excruciating level of mockery on social media. Much like Visa RB (AlphaTauri), Sauber, too, initially opted for a sponsor-heavy team name – Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber. But, soon after the revelation, the Swiss outfit decided against officially using the name considering the reaction from the fans.

Hence, Sauber returned with a different and much simpler name, Stake F1 Team for the 2024 season. Consequently, one might wonder if Visa Cash App RB might follow a similar trend amidst heavy trolling on social media. The answer is no, and it has pretty much everything to do with their major partners based in the United States.
Visa Cash App RB prepping for massive Super Bowl revelation
Red Bull‘s sister outfit has big plans with billion-dollar American sponsors, Visa and Cash App. For starters, several reports have claimed that Visa RB will be unveiling its brand-new livery during the Super Bowl week in Las Vegas. The mega NFL finale will take place on February 11, 2024, at Allegiant Stadium in Nevada. And Visa RB will be launching its livery three days prior on February 8, 2024.

According to Sports Business Journal, Visa Senior VP/Global Sponsorships Andrea Fairchild admitted the team name “is a mouthful but it was a way that we could showcase one of our key clients. There wasn’t a way to shorten it after bringing those two things together.”
Interestingly enough, there are more hints that Visa Cash App RB will feature during the upcoming Super Bowl event.
Daniel Ricciardo & Yuki Tsunoda’s numbers revealed with a surprising twist
According to Decal Spotters, the Visa RB F1 team has officially revealed the numbers of its two superstar drivers. And, the font seems awfully similar to the numbers printed on the back of a football jersey. The numbers seem pointy at the edges and the color, too, brings about a refreshing new change for Formula 1.

Ricciardo will continue with his favorite number 3, and Tsunoda with the number 22. Now, the question is, which color will dominate RB’s 2024 F1 car? By the looks of it, the colors stand tall as potential front-runners; Blue and White. But, with barely a couple of weeks to go, let’s wait and watch what Visa Cash App RB has cooked in its factory.
